Transcription: Make roses out of the almond paste. Start with a small roll of the paste and cut small regular pieces. Flatten these in a plastic bag with your thumb. One end should be thinner than the other. Construct the rose by rolling and filling the petals closely inside each other. The thinner side should point upwards. Pinch and cut off the base when the flower is the size you desire. Twist the ends of the petals slightly.
